Positive: Elena and her team are extremely friendly and sweet! 10 out of 10 for the services! Easy parking. Breakfast was good, we had lunch in the hotel as well which was extremely nice! Hotel is right at the sea, no private beach, the sun bed at the beach were open to public, but we went in a quiet season, it wasn’t many people around. By saying that, not much to do around, most shops are closed, but that makes the walk around the bay very peaceful, view is stunning! Spa and gym with heated indoor swimming pool was defo a plus! We spend the day in the hotel, eating, drinking, relaxing and recharging! Room was very nice spacious and clean. WiFi was very strong.
Negative: Nothing, everything is prefect!

Positive: Everything was great! Elena the relationship manager greeted us on arrival & made our stay very warm and comfortable as we were here to celebrate a very special occasion- our babymoon. We were in the suite facing the ocean which was absolutely fantastic & would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back again!!

Positive: The facilities were all lovely and the property was well maintained and very clean. The staff were all attentive and the breakfast with the a la carte menu was good too.
Negative: We stayed during the off season so a lot of the surrounding resort facilities were closed. We were expecting this, however it would have been great to have had more information, and some advice about what would be a good way to spend our time in bodrum and surrounds during our stay. We had someone from guest relations give us a download of the property which was good, but some more information on bodrum peninsula and surrounds, which towns have good attractions, how to get around using transport and what restaurants off the property were good to try, would have made our stay a 10/10. The rose in the minibar was not good, so don’t risk it!

Negative: A bit more flexibility from the staff to borrow a yoga mat for 24 hours from the gym into my room would have been appreciated as I needed to do some physio exercises but somehow was told borrowing a yoga mat was not allowed. This should be something basic available to guests upon request.
Summary: A great option a bit outside the crowd in Bodrum, clean and comfortable rooms. Great service.
